Ingredients

  • Store bought nacho chips
  • 1 cup of white/yellow cheddar cheese, freshly grated
  • 2 red onions, thinly diced
  • 2 jalapeno peppers, thinly sliced
  • 1 avocado, cubed
  • 2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved or quartered
  • 1/2 cup freshly torn cilantro
  • Spoonful of mascarpone cheese

Directions:

1. To assemble the nachos, lay the chips in a layer on a large baking sheet. 2. Sprinkle on the grated cheese and place under the grill until the nachos are golden and the cheese melts. 3. Take the nachos out of the grill; add a generous amount of Mrs Ball’s Jalapeño Chutney. 4. Add a dollop of smashed avocado and mascarpone cheese. 5. Sprinkle with red onions, cherry tomatoes, red peppers and thinly sliced jalapeño. 6. Garnish with cilantro and serve with lime wedges.
