Chicken Wings

Ingredients

  • 1 TBS Olive Oil
  • 1TBS Honey
  • 60 ml Lemon Juice
  • 2 TBS Brown Sugar
  • 1 Clove Garlic Crushed
  • 10g Fresh Ginger Grated
  • ¾ cup Mrs Balls Jalapeno Chutney
  • 1kg Chicken Wings
  • 2 TBS Dark Soya Sauce

Directions:

1. Combined olive oil, honey, soya sauce, Lemon juice, sugar, garlic and ginger and Mrs Ball’s Jalapeño Chutney in a shallow dish. 2. Add chicken wings, turn to coat in marinade. 3. Refrigerate overnight. 4. Pre-heat oven 180 Celsius (convection). 5. Brush wings both sides with marinade, place in a large shallow baking dish. Roast covered for 25 minutes. Uncover and baste with additional Mrs Ball’s Jalapeño Chutney and roast for a further 10 minutes or until golden brown. 6. Serve with lime wedges.
