Ingredients

  • 675g lean beef mince
  • 1 small onion grated
  • Half medium bell pepper grated
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
  • 1tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 2tsp Mrs Ball's Jalapeño Chutney
  • 1 egg beaten egg
  • 1 tbsp of bread crumbs
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp ground black pepper

Directions:

1. Preheat the grill. 2. Mix all the ingredients together with a fork, check the seasoning. 3. With wet hands shape the meat into flattish rounds making sure they are equal in size. 4. Make a slight dip in the centre, they will shrink and thicken when they cook. 5. Grill steadily turning only once. 6. Allow 3 minutes each side for a rare burger and 5 minutes for well done.
